Meditation. Indian Ocean Winter Waves
Peter Zapfella recorded the Winter waves of the Indian Ocean crashing on to the white sandy beach near his home at Mandurah, south of Perth in Western Australia. The surf is magnificent. Their power is immense.
Some people find the uninterrupted sounds of the natural environment sooo relaxing it immediately takes them away from the stress of everyday living in the city to a special place. It is an escape.
These relaxing environmental sounds are an excellent escape from the stresses of modern urban living.
These environmental sounds can help induce such a relaxed state that deep sleep soon follows. So, if you have difficulty falling asleep, try listening to the sounds of Ocean Winter Waves.
There are no subliminal messages …. just the natural sounds of some of the cleanest air and water in the world.
